  I had a vintage Fletcher Jones pleated skirt drycleaned, and was satisfied with the service. The pleats were neatly pressed, and the drycleaners managed to get a small stain out (I think I sat on some cake crumbs!).

  The people at this business are lovely. The customer service is friendly and the cleaning is fast and effective. I had a white shirt with lipstick on it which had been on there for years - they removed it and it was as clean as the day I bought it.

  I cannot wear the suit now as the hole is obvious and I am out one $700 suit. I found the place to be rather less than helpful, and very defensive about this matter and am examining my options. I will never take any thing to them again and note that this is not the first time I have had suits come back with marks, but did not bother about it because the suit was old...

  I left a $700 FJ business suit for cleaning. When I put the suit on I found a large hole in the left collar. The mark looks like a chemical burn. I took the suit back to the cleaners, where a staff member told me the hole had been caused by moths! When I politely challenged her about this the staff member all but accused me openly of lying and said" they all say that"..
