  I've wasted a few trips here so far and managed to buy the item on ebay (with postage this will cost me $30.00+) and the additional cost is worth is providing the item appears in the post in the next two to three days.

  I was really disappointed in this result. The woman is really a lovely person to deal with but I fear their chaos they operate in and the absolute mess the shop area is would suggest an inability to provide efficient service.

  Dropped my Kenwood food processor for repairing 8 months ago, hear nothing from them until today, visiting thousand times, ringing thousand times, always no one attended. I assume this business is no longer exist.

  Over the phone the female owner is friendly, effervescent and seems to be ready and able to help in any way. I called then looking for a part and was told they didn't have it, would get it in and call me. It was to take a week to a week and a half. I called in to the shop (the garage of a house) to find chaos, boxes everywhere and the person I spoke to on the phone still friendly and helpful. She couldn't find the part I had ordered over the phone (mind you this is a cheap $9:00 item) and took my details down again and told me she would get it in over the next week. This was two to three weeks ago. I called today, and all I got was a fax beeping or modem. I called in there to find they were closed yesterday due to a bereavement but were closed today and no notice saying so in the door.
